Paloma Angulo is a partner in Andersen's Public and Regulatory Law practice in the Seville office.

Paloma has more than 18 years' professional experience as a public law lawyer, specialising in urban planning, real estate and construction law.

She was a lawyer and managing partner at JM[A]A Abogados and founder of [A]CODE Abogados. In 2022 she joined Zurbarán Abogados as a partner.

She acts as secretary and manager of several compensation boards and other collaborative urban development entities, as well as drafter of numerous reparcelling projects, having participated in the urban development of numerous sectors in Andalusia.

In the academic field, she is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Economic, Legal and Financial Management at the Business School of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville and a member of the Administrative Section of the Training Commission of the Bar Association of Seville.
