Juan Pablo Gutiérrez is currently Partner in the Tax Law practice at Andersen in the Madrid office.

Previously, he was a partner at DA Lawyers from 2016 until the firm's integration into Andersen in July 2021.

Coming from Baker & Mackenzie, he has also been part of prominent law firms such as KPMG or Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, always in the area of ​​tax law.

He has experienced in both general and special tax law.

In particular, he has provided recurring services relating to corporate income tax (specialized on tax units), M&A, foreign investment in Spain, international taxation under the Conventions and International Treaties signed by Spain in tax matters.
