Ignacio Recio
Senior Associate
Ignacio Recio is a Senior Associate in Andersen's Tax practice in the Madrid office.
He has more than 11 years of experience in the transfer pricing area. He has advised large multinational groups on risk and corporate strategy and restructuring, has carried out value chain analysis, financing structures, intangibles and intercompany flows, and benchmarking analysis, including high-level valuations of intangibles, shares and loans.
He also has extensive experience in international taxation, project management, tax authorities and courts, compliance and finance.
Previously, he worked at Garrigues, Auxadi and BDO.
