Francisco Ferrandis Pons is a partner at Andersen in the Valencia office in the tax department.

He has a professional career of 24 years as a lawyer specialising in tax law. He has previously worked at PwC and Cuatrecasas.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in advising companies in different sectors on tax matters, particularly financial institutions, as well as clients in the chemical, retail and agri-food sectors, in addition to private clients and family offices.

He has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate restructurings and financial and real estate transactions. He also has experience in the design of investment products and tax benefits related to innovation.

In the academic field, he is a lecturer in the Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy at the Catholic University of Valencia.
