Eleonora Muñoz is a Senior Associate in the Tax Department at Andersen’s Madrid office.

She has more than seven years of experience in tax advice and planning for companies, high net worth individuals and family offices, in both direct and indirect taxation. She has also been involved in the restructuring of business groups, the establishment of Latin American clients in Spain and tax audit procedures, including the preparation of appeals and claims at all levels.

Eleonora also has experience in advising Spanish and international companies in the financial sector on tax matters, particularly management companies and alternative investment vehicles (private equity), collective investment institutions, SOCIMIs, family offices and credit institutions. She also advises private banking entities on institutional issues and on the design and implementation of projects, products and structures.

She has developed his career in the tax field at various firms, starting at SUMMA 4 Asesores Legales y Tributarios and continuing at RCD and B Law & Tax, before joining Andersen.
