Álvaro Calderón de la Barca has extensive experience in tax advice, support to family businesses, tax and estate planning, as well as in participating in all types of administrative and contentious-administrative tax proceedings, at all levels. He has advised on company acquisitions and restructurings, both nationally and internationally, and on the design and implementation of investment structures.
