Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, Co-Director Partner of De Andersen: "After facing one of the main challenges as a society, the challenge for 2021 is to overcome the economic impact of Covid, for which it is essential to approve legislative modification to support companies, reactivate consumption and attract investment. Companies are awaiting financial guarantees, public subsidies and bankruptcy management. We will see numerous corporate operations and, like the financial or banking sector, the legal sector will need new mergers to be competitive. From Andersen, we will continue to analyse growth opportunities in Spain and maintain the process of international expansion, which this year has been strong, going from 70 markets to 120 countries".
