Main novelties of the Startups Act

On 27-12-2021, the Official Gazette of the Spanish Parliament published the Draft Law on the promotion of start-ups, known as the “Start-ups Law”
The future Law will apply to emerging companies ("EE") and establishes a series of tax incentives to favour the specific needs of these companies. Andersen has prepared an analysis of all the key aspects of the Law, including the following points:
