Yesterday, IESE's Venture Hub hosted a workshop organized by Andersen Tax & Legal, in collaboration with the Women In Business Club and StartUps & Entrepreneurship Club, where the keys to launching a Start Up were discussed.

The aim of this conference was to analyse the tools needed to create new companies in Spain. In this way, attendees learned first hand what is the legal process for the establishment of a Start Up.

Ramon Faus, Partner of Entrepreneurs and Start Ups, Belén Arribas, Privacy, IT & Digital Business partner and María López-Belío, a lawyer in the Mercantile Law Department, were responsible for conducting the day. The members of the Firm analysed the functioning of the procedures in financing rounds, data protection and the pacts of partners at the time of constituting a company in Spain.

The event ended with a Q&A round and a networking coffee break to address questions from attendees.
