Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain reinforces its labor law practice in its Barcelona office with the addition of Pablo Santos, who will be responsible for the practice in Barcelona

Pablo Santos holds a degree in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. He began his professional career in the labor department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and joined Deloitte Legal in 2013, where he has practiced until now.

He has more than 15 years of experience advising both national and international clients on labor and social security matters. Specifically, he is an expert in labor and social security inspections, labor litigation and international mobility for companies and groups of companies. He has participated in collective agreements with trade unions and work councils, advising companies in collective bargaining matters. He also has extensive experience in advising on workforce restructuring processes and business succession operations, both during an acquisition and in the post-merger process.

Santos actively participates in various publications and is a speaker at seminars and conferences. He has also been recognized in labor law by the international directory Chambers & Partners.
