Andersen integrates the German-speaking market specialist Lozano Schindhelm and launches its German Desk

Fernando Lozano, Managing Partner of Lozano Schindhelm, joins the firm as Partner of the Commercial Department and Maria Halatcheva as Of Counsel. Thirteen professionals have joined Andersen in total

Andersen integrates the boutique specialized in German-speaking companies and clients, Lozano Schindhelm. The incorporation of this team, which will be effective as of November 1st will be accompanied by the launching by the Firm of its German Desk, a group specialized in legal and tax advice to German-speaking companies and clients or with interests in these countries, mainly Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

After the integration, the Managing Partner of Lozano Schindhelm, Fernando Lozano, becomes a Partner of Andersen's Corporate Department and responsible for the German Desk, and Maria Halatcheva, also a Partner of the boutique, joins the Firm as Of Counsel. The number of professionals joining Andersen amounts to a total of thirteen. Lozano Schindhelm had a turnover of 2.5 million Euros in the last financial year.

Founded in 2005, during its time, Lozano Schindhelm has accumulated extensive experience in advising companies in all areas of business law, with a special focus on commercial, real estate and tax law, as well as in the management and accompaniment of large estates. Among his clients, German-speaking companies and individuals stand out, but he also accompanies companies from other countries with interests in Spain.
