Andersen Incorporates Pablo Doñate to Strengthen its Litigation and Arbitration practice in Madrid

Doñate joins the litigation department, which has more than 50 professionals in the Madrid office

Andersen has incorporated Pablo Doñate Gazapo de Badiola as a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration area in the Madrid office, thus reinforcing the capabilities of this department, which already has more than 50 professionals.

Pablo Doñate holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School. He has a professional career of nearly 20 years which he has developed in firms such as Ashurst, Cuatrecasas and Clifford Chance.

During his career, he has specialised in the field of complex litigation and national and international arbitration, where he also acts as an arbitrator. He has advised in many proceedings and represented large companies in international commercial disputes under the main rules of the different arbitration institutions such as ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, CAM or CIMA. He also has extensive experience in all types of criminal litigation related to business, including those handled before the Spanish High Court.

José Vicente Morote and Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, co-managing partners of Andersen in Spain, have stressed that Pablo Doñate is "a great asset for the firm in general and for the litigation and arbitration department in particular, bringing knowledge and experience that allow us to expand our services and capabilities".
