In addition, he has wide experience advising venture capital funds and national and international companies and investors on their stakes in Spanish companies.

José Vicente Morote and Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, co-managing partners of Andersen in Spain, emphasised that "this is the second appointment of a partner so far this year to the M&A department led by Ignacio Aparicio, which is in line with the roadmap established by the firm to expand its capabilities". They also pointed out that Bustillo is a new addition to the firm's venture capital and private equity working group, an area that provides comprehensive advice combining corporate, M&A and tax.
