Andersen collaborates with the Finnish multinational KONE in the acquisition of Ascensores Muguerza

The firm's M&A area, with Javier Bustillo leading the transaction, has collaborated with KONE in the purchase of the Gipuzcoa lift company
Andersen, through its M&A department, has worked with the Finnish company KONE, one of the world's leading companies in the lift sector, in the acquisition of Ascensores Muguerza, Guipúzcoa.
The transaction means that Ascensores Muguerza, S.A. will become part of the KONE group, although it will continue to operate in the national market, maintaining both its own brand and its current headquarters in San Sebastian.
Javier Bustillo, Ignacio Mozo and Andersen's M&A team have collaborated on the transaction with KONE's M&A team.
