Andersen has advised the Vive Solar group in its build-up process, as well as in the signing of three co-development agreements for the promotion of photovoltaic installations with the energy companies Halia Distribution Management, S.L. and Cristugar, S.L. for a value of more than 30 million euros.
Vive Solar brings together 30 photovoltaic projects of varying degrees of development and power located in various provinces of Spain (mainly Andalusia, the Basque Country, Valencia and Castilla y León), as well as in Colombia and Guatemala.
This operation is part of the objective to grow by acquiring projects in the development stage in order to have a global portfolio of projects in operation of around 1.5 gigawatts in the medium term, which would mean that the new group would reach a valuation of around 900 million euros.
Ignacio Blanco, Director in the Energy area, together with Elena Martínez García, Lawyer in the Corporate and M&A area, and Yago Martos, Partner in the Tax area, have been in charge of advising on the transaction.
