Andersen has advised Tek Travels DMCC, a subsidiary of TBO Group, on the acquisition of the 100% of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services, S.L.
The transaction involves the acquisition of the on-line B2B business of Jumbo Tours España, S.L. after a demerger process in favor of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services, S.L.
