Andersen has advised Squirrel Media on the acquisition of 51% of the business conglomerate Grupo Ganga.
The transaction is part of the growth process of Squirrel Media, a media company listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, which Andersen also advised on its recent acquisition in October of the production company Comercial de Contenidos Audiovisuales 2007 (Comercial TV), known for producing the programme Madrileños por el mundo.
Grupo Ganga is a production company, based in Madrid, focused on the production of drama series and prime time television programmes, including the series Cuéntame cómo pasó for Televisión Española and La Última, the first original Disney+ fiction for Spain.
