Andersen advises on the merger of Mondo TV Studios

The firm's Corporate and M&A team has provided legal assistance in the merger of Mondo TV Producciones Canarias and Mondo TV Iberoamérica, which will now operate as Mondo TV Studios
Andersen, from its Corporate and M&A department, has advised on the reverse merger of the entertainment divisions Mondo TV Iberoamerica and Mondo TV Producciones Canarias, which now become Mondo TV Studios SA. The new company, which is listed on the BME Growth, now combines the services and functions of both divisions, offering entertainment projects at international level.
This operation is part of the production company's strategy to grow and strengthen its position in the market.
Patricia Motilla, partner of Andersen's Culture, Sports and Entertainment practice, led the transaction from the Tax area, as well as Jaime Aguilar, partner of the Corporate and M&A area, and Mayo Torres, lawyer in the firm.
