Andersen advises Krustagroup on the acquisition of the Italian company Effegi

Andersen in Spain and Andersen in Italy have worked jointly in advising on the transaction
Andersen has advised Krustagroup, a Spanish company specializing in the marketing and distribution of seafood products, on the purchase of a majority stake in the Italian company Effegi Service S.p.A.
The transaction is part of Krustagroup's growth strategy in the European market, especially in Italy. Both companies will maintain their legal structures and will operate independently.
Antonio Cañadas Bouwen, Partner in Andersen's Corporate and M&A department in Spain, and Francesco Inturri, Partner in Andersen's Corporate and M&A department in Italy, were responsible for advising on the transaction.
