Andersen has advised Justo Comunicacions, an independent telecommunications operator based in Valencia, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Excom, a Spanish telecommunications group backed by private equity firm Formentor Capital.
Ignacio Aparicio, Co-Managing Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice, together with José Trujillo and Isabel Boguñá, Senior Associate and Associate, respectively, of the same department, have been responsible for advising on the transaction.
