This union has allowed Betterfly to enter the European market through Spain
Andersen has advised Flexoh, a Spanish company linked to the flexible work benefits industry, in its strategic alliance with the Chilean unicorn startup Betterfly, a corporate labor benefits platform.
This alliance has allowed Betterfly, the most valuable insurtech in Latin America -up to 1.000 million dollars-, to bring forward its arrival in the European market through Spain, which was planned for 2023.
The agreement achieved in July was closed in September after approval by the relevant regulatory bodies.
Borja de Gabriel, Partner at the Tax practice area, Ricardo Pla, Director in the Corporate and M&A department, and Alejandro Barrachina, Tax Senior Associate, were responsible for advising on the transaction.
