Andersen has advised the company on the refinancing for 257 million of former Torre Espacio

Andersen, from the Banking and Finance Law area, has been in charge of advising Emperador Properties, a company dedicated to the acquisition and management of real estate assets in Spain, in the closing with Caixabank of the refinancing for 257 million of former Torre Espacio.

The contract signed has a maturity term of seven years and an associated interest rate hedge. In addition, it is linked to compliance with the social and environmental impact requirements defined by the 'Green Loan Principles', published by the 'Loan Market Association'.

Last September, the Torre Espacio skyscraper was renamed Torre Emperador Castellana. It is the fourth tallest tower in Spain, 235 meters high and 57 floors above ground level. The building, which forms part of the iconic Cuatro Torres Business Area complex, has a leasable area of ​​more than 60,100 square meters.

Guillermo Yuste, partner of Andersen in the area of Banking and Finance Law, has been responsible for advising on the transaction.
