Andersen advises Bridgestone on the development of a logistics facility with Panattoni

Andersen has advised the tyre company Bridgestone on the agreement with Panattoni, one of the largest developers of logistics and industrial spaces, for the development and long-term lease of a new logistics facility of 43,000 square metres with an investment of 36 million euros.
The building, which is expected to be operational by the end of 2023, will be located in the ViIlalonquéjar IV industrial complex, in one of the main industrial areas of Burgos.
