Andersen advises AQ Acentor on the sale of the AQ Vallés housing development to the Franklin Templeton investment fund

The transaction marks the US investment fund Franklin Templeton's entry into rental housing in Spain

Andersen has advised the real estate developer AQ Acentor, owned by the Aquila Capital group, on the sale of AQ Vallés to the US investment fund Franklin Templeton.

The AQ Vallés development consists of 83 subsidised rental homes located in the Barcelona municipality of Santa Perpetua de Moguda. This transaction represents the entry of the Franklin Templeton investment fund into the rental housing business in Spain.
