Andersen has advised All For Padel, a company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialisation of paddle tennis courts and paddle rackets, on the entry into the capital of Spain Oman Private Equity Fund FCR, a venture capital fund participated by the Oman Investment Authority together with Cofides and managed by MCH Private Equity Investments.
All For Padel seeks to strengthen the company's structure and grow in the US market, where it already operates.
