Andersen advises Aksìa Group on Samcla acquisition

Andersen has advised the Italian private equity fund Aksìa Group on the acquisition, through Scarabelli Irrigazione, an Italian company specialising in irrigation systems and solutions, of Samcla, a Spanish company that develops irrigation monitoring, remote control and automation systems.
The acquisition is part of Scarabelli's strategic plan, which aims to give new impetus to the internalisation of key products and accelerate the development of international markets.
