Santiago Fernández Lena is a Partner in the Corporate Law area of Madrid office.

Previously, he was a Partner at DA Lawyers since the merge from Forum Jurídico where he was founding partner in 2021 when DA was acquired by Andersen.

Santiago has an extensive experience in M&A and corporate reorganization.

He is an expert in M&A assessment, investment, divestment and restructuring operations of start-ups, airlines consulting on company development and constant contact with regulatory authorities, as well as acquisitions and financing of assets and business development.

Academically, he is a teacher of Trade Law in the Access to the Legal Profession Master at the Escuela Universitaria Cardenal Cisneros, Adjunct Professor at the Cámara de Comercio de Madrid and speaker in various courses and seminars regarding Company and Bankruptcy Law.
