Ricardo Pla is a Director in the Corporate and M&A Department of Andersen in the Valencia office.

Previosuly, he worked in the Corporate department at Garrigues, Broseta, PwC and DWF-RCD.

During his professional experience of more than 15 years, Ricardo has specialized in corporate and contract law, in business reorganization operations, M&A and debt restructuring and refinancing processes.

In his regular practice he advises companies of different sectors and sizes, including startups, family offices, venture capital funds and private equity.

Ricardo is listed in the Best Lawyers directory in the category of Banking & Finance.
