Raquel de la Viña is a Director at Andersen in the Employment Law department of the Madrid office.
Previously, she worked at DA Lawyers. Raquel has worked in the labor and employment departments of international firms such as Eversheds and BDO, where she was Coordinator of the Spanish Labor and Employment Law Area in the international network.
She has more than 15 years of experience in advising and executing strategies with an impact on Human Resources and Labor Relations in various sectors, with extensive experience in preventive consulting and conflict management.
She has worked in permanent collaboration with national and international companies in complex environments, including collective bargaining, restructuring processes, internal flexibility measures and reorganization of companies, Due Diligence and M&A's, mainly.
She also has extensive experience in the field of new technologies in connection with labor relations and in the development of labor protocols (codes of conduct, employee handbook, teleworking, etc.), in advising senior executives, as well as in the resolution of legal disputes in the social jurisdiction.
She is Member of the Board of the Board of Directors of the Association of Talent and Andalusian Companies in Madrid. In the teaching field, she has been a professor of the Master of Human Resources in collaboration with the Nebrija University, and is currently a professor of the Master’s Degree in Law of Univerdad Europea.
In addition, she has been highlighted as LinkedIn Employment’s Top Voice in 2022, and she participates as a speaker in various forums, seminars and conferences related to labor law, in the business and university environment.
