Rafael Pastor is an Associate in the Public and Regulatory Law department of Andersen in the Madrid office.

He previously worked at Garrigues, Aliseda Inmobiliaria and Verdegay Abogados. 

Rafael Pastor has an extensive professional career, in which he has specialised in the urban planning area of public law. He advises private companies and Public Administrations on the drafting, processing and analysis of urban planning and execution instruments; drafting opinions and Due Diligence reports on urban and land planning matters; and managing various administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in this area.  

In the academic field, Rafael Pastor is a professor of Public and Regulatory Law at ESERP Business & Law School.
