Her work as a consultant has allowed her to know first-hand the problems that labour legislation poses and to offer optimal solutions from the detailed study of each of the cases consulted. 

She is a Doctor in Labour and Social Security Law, having obtained the Extraordinary Award for her Doctoral Thesis "Information, consultation and negotiation in collective dismissal - 2016". She has also received several recognitions and distinctions. Among them, it is worth mentioning the Young Researchers Award granted by La Ley Publishing House, or the AEQUITAS Award granted by the General Council of Notaries.

 Puy is a professor at the Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA) and an associate professor at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, as well as a regular speaker at certain courses and seminars.
