Nerea Carmona is an Associate at the Public and Regulatory Law department at the Madrid office of Andersen.

Nerea has more than eight years of professional experience and specialises in the areas of Administrative Law, Urban Planning and Environmental Law.

In these areas she has advised public and private clients on all types of projects, environmental and waste projects, urban planning, land use planning, consumer affairs, trade; administrative and contentious-administrative contracting; legal management in contentious-administrative matters in relation to multiple sectors (constitutional law, public procurement, subsidies, administrative liability, urban planning, compulsory purchase, etc.); or the performance and coordination of legal audits and due diligence in company acquisition processes.
