Marta Navarro is Director of Andersen's Labor Law Department in the Valencia office.

She has a professional career of more than 23 years in which she has worked for Uría Menéndez for 12 years as head of the Labor and Employment department in Valencia.

She has been, for nine years, Director of the Legal and Human Resources department of the Divina Pastora Seguros Group.

Marta Navarro specializes in providing comprehensive labor advice to numerous companies in the service, automotive, cosmetics, insurance and general industry sectors, among others. She has instructed in labor aspects necessary for good business practice, both in the preventive state and in cases of conflict.

She has participated in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, strikes, process of substantial modification of working conditions, collective dismissals and in countless matters related to labor law, both in the facet of legal guidance and in the subsequent defense before the courts of the decisions taken.  

In the academic field, she actively participates as a speaker in labor seminars at the Bar Association of Valencia, the National Association of Labor Lawyers and the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of Valencia. Likewise, for 13 years, she was a professor of Labor Law for the Junior MBA at the Escuela de Empresa, Negocios y Management (EDEM) and Coordinator of the Legal Module of the same.
