Marta García is Director in the Litigation Law area of ​​the Madrid office.

Specialized in criminal law and compliance, Marta has more than 20 years of experience advising and defending companies and groups, especially in solving complex extrajudicial disputes and legal defense in Court, in all criminal instances.

With extensive experience in the design of strategies and implementation of preventive systems in companies as well as in the planning, development and implementation of compliance plans adapted to companies. Preparation of risk maps, protocols, controls, complaints channel, training of managers and teams. As well as subsequent legal advice and defense in courts and inspection bodies.
