Juan Moral de la Rosa is Of Counsel in Andersen's Litigation department in the Madrid office.

He has more than 35 years of professional experience as a lawyer specialising in criminal and procedural law. He is a retired public prosecutor, practising between 1992 and 2010, during which time he was Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Anti-Drug and Economic Crimes Prosecutor's Office of the Canary Islands and Prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the National High Court for Economic Crimes, Corruption and Terrorism.

Throughout his professional career, he has held various management positions within El Corte Inglés, where he was Managing Director of the Group's legal department for 10 years, as well as Executive Chairman of the Sicor Group, the security division of El Corte Inglés. He was also secretary of the boards of directors of Viajes El Corte Inglés, Informática el Corte Inglés, FST Hoteles and Only You, among others.

In the institutional sphere, he has been Vice-President of CEIM - Madrid Business Confederation; Vice-President of the National Association of Large Distribution Companies (ANGED), Member of the Executive Board of CEOE, Trustee and Director of the Foundation for Research on Law and Business (FIDE) and Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain, of which he is currently Secretary of its Advisory Committee.

In the academic field, he is a lecturer in Law at the University Rey Juan Carlos and at the University - Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.
