Javier Martín-Merino is a Partner in the Practice of Real Estate and Urbanism of the Madrid office of Andersen.
He has a professional experience of more than 20 years, developed mainly at Verdegay Abogados, where he has worked since 2001 as a partner and head of the Department of Urban Law and contentious-administrative practice.
Javier has intervened both in land management as well as in contentious and expropriation procedures and has developed his activity for public administrations and, mainly, for private clients.
