Javier Bustillo
Partner
Javier Bustillo is a partner at Andersen in the Corporate Department of the Madrid office.
Previously, was a partner at Écija and Bustillo Abogados and he worked for multinationals such as Coca-Cola or Xerox Europe.
He has a 15-years career, in which he has specialized in Commercial Law and M&A, advising national and international companies from different sectors.
He also has extensive experience in the entrepreneurial environment, advising venture capital funds and national and international companies and investors on their stakes in Spanish companies.
In the academic field, he is a professor of the Master in Access to the Legal Profession at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE Law Business School) and of the Startup Lawyer program and the Senior Management Program at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School). He is also the author of numerous articles and publications.
Javier Bustillo is recognized by Chambers & Partners in the Private Equity: Venture Capital filed and has been highlighted in the area of Commercial Law with the Client Choice Award granted by Lexology.
