Ignacio Aparicio is a Partner at Andersen and co-head of the Corporate and M&A Department in Iberia. He is also the director of the Cuban Desk of the firm and the European and Global Corporate and M&A coordinator at Andersen. He is a member and secretary of the Board of Directors of Andersen in Iberia and the General Counsel of the firm.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ignacio Aparicio joined Olleros Abogados in 1999, where he has been a partner and head of the Corporate Law area until the firm's integration into Andersen in 2017. During his professional career, he has also worked as an associate lawyer at the New York law firm Whitman, Breed, Abbot & Morgan, LLP, currently merged with Winston & Strawn, LLP.

In the corporate area, he has handled a significant number of company reviews and cross border transactions in various countries in Latin America, Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. 

In the litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution area, he has experience in a multitude of judicial and arbitration proceedings, both national and international. He is also an arbitrator and qualified mediator on civil and corporate matters.

Ignacio is also a lecturer in several universities and business schools and the author of numerous articles and publications.
