Dimitri Sierra is Counsel in Andersen's Corporate and M&A department in the firm's Barcelona office.

Dimitri has more than 16 years of professional experience, in which he has managed to combine the practice of law with the business environment. He has been part of several initiatives and business projects directly and has provided advice to entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses.

In his role as a lawyer, he specializes in commercial law, intellectual and industrial property, and information technology. His practice focuses on corporate law (bylaws, shareholders' agreements, purchase and sale of shares) and the drafting of distribution, agency and collaboration agreements.

In the field of information technology and industrial property, he has specialized in advising on trademarks and all aspects related to e-commerce and the presence of a company on the Internet.

In addition, he has experience in advising Russian-speaking clients, guiding them in their investments in Spain, with a particular focus on the acquisition and sale of real estate and other investments in the country.
