Diego Luis Luque is a Senior Associate in the Public and Regulatory Department in Andersen's Madrid office.

Diego Luis Luque has more than ten years of professional experience in which he has worked as a lawyer for Cazorla Abogados, S.L.P. and Grupo Vitaldent.

He is a specialist in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, public procurement and administrative agreements, subsidies and public aid, environment, e-administration, regulatory compliance programmes, port public domain and selection processes in the public sector.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised individuals and legal entities and their administrative bodies, both in the public and private sectors, and has collaborated with institutions such as the World Bank in the preparation of audit reports in the field of administrative law.

In the academic field, he has extensive teaching experience in various undergraduate and postgraduate educational centres such as the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Universidad CEU San Pablo, the Centro de Enseñanza Superior Cardenal Cisneros, the Centro de Estudios del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and ESERP Business & Law School.
