Cristina Durante is an Associate in the Legaltech area of Andersen's Madrid office.

Previously, she has worked as a lawyer at Ecix Group, Ramón y Cajal Abogados and CSV Consulting.

She has advised both national and international companies on privacy and data protection matters (implementation of GDPR, drafting of reports and resolution of requirements, consulting and audits); technology contracting (software development and licensing, electronic signature, general conditions, legal notices, etc.); advice to online gaming operators and intellectual and industrial property issues (review of assignment and licensing rights contracts and due diligence reports).
