Carolina Sánchez Margareto is a Director in the Intellectual Property department at Andersen's Valencia office.

She has over twenty years' experience specialising in the management, processing and defence of trademarks and designs before bodies such as the EUIPO, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management, Transnational Intellectual Property and specialised techniques in trademarks, design and competition law.

Throughout her career, she has advised companies in the textile, pharmaceutical, food, artistic and audiovisual sectors, and has accompanied Spanish brands in their international expansion strategies in markets such as China, Japan, the United States, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates.
