Borja Molina is currently a Partner in Andersen's Tax practice in the Madrid office.
He has more than 15 years of experience in which he has worked at Garrigues and GTA Villamagna, as well as in his own legal project.
He specialises in national and international tax planning linked to family groups and large estates, in the taxation of corporate restructurings and real estate transactions.
