Bárbara has more than ten years' experience as a lawyer working, among others, at DA Lawyers and Arriaga Asociados. She has specialised in providing legal and procedural advice, both to companies and individuals, in civil and commercial litigation. He is especially dedicated to providing legal advice in judicial and extrajudicial disputes related to banking and insurance contracts, damages, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, property, corporate disputes, challenging corporate agreements, liability of company directors and consumer litigation. He has also been preparing for the competitive examinations for access to the judiciary and the public prosecutor's office for 3 years.
