Ana Ferrando is currently a Director in Andersen's Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration department in the Madrid office.
She previously worked at Rodríguez-Miranda.
Ana Ferrando has wide experience in Corporate Law, having advised on a number of sale and merger transactions, company restructuring sand corporate contracts. As part of her experience in Litigation, she has acted as a defense lawyer and directed the strategy of many civil and commercial litigation proceedings, having experience in arbitration, seeking annulments of arbitration awards, first appeals and appeals for reversal, administrative and contentious proceedings, as well as preparing and following up bankruptcy files and appeals for legal protection before the Constitutional Court.
As part of her expertise in Employment Law, she advises on hiring, objective and disciplinary dismissals, as well as proceedings brought in the employment jurisdiction, concerning Social Security and Prevention of Occupational Hazards.
For what regards to Banckruptcy Law, Ana Ferrando has advised to debtors in a insolvency proceeding and she has also provided legal advice to creditors in the defense of their claims and interests in insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, including the intervention and technical defense in the termination incidents of the transactions and guarantees.
