Alejandro Miguélez is currently Of Counsel in the Tax area of Andersen in the Madrid office.

Alejandro began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in the audit field. In 1985 he joined Mitsubishi Bank, Branch in Spain, as head of the Administrative Department. Subsequently, he worked in the Banco Hispano Americano group (leasing and financing).

In 1988 he joined Banco Inversión as advisor to the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors, with responsibility for taxation and compliance with banking regulations. He has also held the position of Administrator of several entities subject to the supervision of the CNMV and the Directorate General of Insurance.

In 2003 he continued his career in DAYA Abogados, in the tax department, with responsibilities in advising entrepreneurs, individuals and companies.

Education

• Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto.

• Master's Degree in Taxation from UDIMA.
