Alba Muxí is currently a Director in Andersen's Litigation, Restructuring and Insolvency Department in the Barcelona office.

Previously, she was a partner at CHR Legal, managing the civil and bankruptcy litigation area.

Alba has extensive experience in the management of civil and commercial judicial proceedings relating to civil and commercial contracts (distribution, franchise and agency agreements, purchase and sale, provision of services, among others), corporate law (shareholders' agreements, challenging corporate agreements, conflicts between partners, etc.), directors' liability, unfair competition, cooperative law and banking law (mainly advising banking entities, and with respect to complex derivative products and investment funds), having participated in judicial proceedings of relevance in the banking sector.

In addition, she has extensive experience in bankruptcy law in defense of the interests of creditors (seeking the recovery of their claims) as well as in defense of the interests of debtors, both in a pre-bankruptcy situation (in anticipation of a possible bankruptcy scenario) and in a situation of current or imminent insolvency, having accredited experience in the filing and processing of bankruptcy proceedings and in the intervention and technical defense in rescission actions.

She has participated in several processes of liquidation and sale and purchase of production units of companies in bankruptcy, representing both the interests of the bankrupt party and the acquirer, having also been part of several bankruptcy administrations, being registered in the Corporate Registry of Bankruptcy Administrators of the ICAB.
