Santiago López is an Associate in Andersen's Corporate and M&A practice in the Madrid office.
 
During his professional career he has specialized in Commercial Law, M&A and Venture Capital, advising national and international companies from different sectors.
 
In M&A he has participated in the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements (both of companies and real estate assets) as well as in corporate restructuring transactions with national and international clients, while in Venture Capital he has participated in the drafting and negotiation of investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, in the framework of investment and/or financing rounds.

He has also participated in recurring corporate, commercial and contractual advice, in general, both to companies and regulated entities (credit institutions, investment fund management companies, etc.), both national and international, being therefore specialized in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
