Pablo de las Heras is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A area of Andersen's Seville office.

He has more than 20 years of management experience, mainly in multinational companies in the areas of Finance, Management Control and Project Management. Throughout his professional career, he has worked mainly in Minas de Aguas Teñidas (MATSA), Smurfit Container, Alcampo and Abengoa.

He has developed extensive experience in the areas of integration project management, financial and operational restructuring, balance sheet restructuring, preparation and validation of business plans for investors and company management teams, asset sales, cash and liquidity management and forecasting, independent business reviews, short-term cash flow forecasting frameworks, stakeholder reporting on PMO cost saving initiatives, profit improvement, M&A, financial modelling, due diligence, fund raising and project finance.
