Axel Roth is a Senior Associate in the Commercial / M&A department in the Barcelona office.

Axel has ten years of professional experience.After several years as a lawyer in a German company and in prestigious law firms in Barcelona, he joined Lozano Schindhelm, a boutique law firm specialising in legal and tax advice for German-speaking clients, in January 2019. He specialises in advising foreign companies in Spain, particularly in corporate law, M&A and the drafting and review of commercial contracts. He also advises logistics and transport companies and their insurers on transport law. He advises domestic and foreign companies, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on corporate restructuring and the avoidance of insolvency proceedings.
